I focus on substance over small talk. My sessions are consistently praised for being “clear, on point, smart, and thoughtful.”

I move beyond theory to deliver practical frameworks that fundamentally “shift your thinking” about value and strategy. Your team will leave with essential clarity and approaches they can use to invest their time strategically.

  • ‣‣ Why Recurring Revenue Demands Evolving Value

You chose a recurring revenue model for one key reason: stability. But you only get recurring revenue if you deliver recurring value. What’s more, your value isn’t static. It’s dynamic and constantly changing.

The focus on money rather than members exists as the root of strategic drift. It starts the slow-motion gap between what you think your members or subscribers value and what they actually seek. It’s the reason good organizations get complacent, or worse, throw mud against the walls when they realize their members have tuned out.

The sustainable revenue you seek comes from continuously evolving the value you deliver. In this session, I’ll refocus you on value and diagnose the nine forces that change it. You’ll leave with a framework to assess your approach to value so you keep your members, grow sustainable revenue, and make real impact.

  • ‣‣ Why It's All About Adaptation at the Perpetual Frontier

Many leaders feel like they're navigating in a fog, armed with a map for a world that no longer exists. This reliance on a static map — on traditional, long-range planning — is a losing game, fueling anxiety when the landscape changes without warning.

In a world of increasingly rapid change, success belongs not to the best forecasters, but to the best adapters. In this session, I'll explore the essential components of an organizational 'compass' — a clear lens and adaptive principles that guide your team at the perpetual frontier.

You will leave with a new perspective and practical framework for building confidence in your organization's ability to thrive, no matter what comes next.

  • ‣‣ Or Why It's Better Wile E. Coyote Can't Catch the Road Runner

We’ve been told that achieving alignment produces strategic success. And yet, when our plans meet reality, we find that alignment is not only difficult to maintain, it’s often undesirable.

Rather than forcing their team to stay aligned with a rigid plan, strategic leaders develop high-impact teams who can ask questions, test ideas, and identify patterns. This requires a fundamental cultural shift and a practical method to get there.

In this session, I’ll define a dual-boundary framework and show you why it results in stronger focus and allows for smarter adaptability. We’ll explore how this framework creates Wile E. Coyote Autonomy, giving your team the psychological safety to take calculated risks and make faster decisions. Drawing on the brilliant rules from the Road Runner cartoons, you’ll leave with three questions to reimagine boundaries as your most essential tool for strategy and evolution.

This presentation can have an optional breakout workshop where participants start by using the rules from the Road Runner tools to make choices and transition to using real-world examples to make the framework concrete.

  • ‣‣ Why Your Team Needs to Say No More Than Yes and How to Do It

Your team drowns in good ideas when they say “yes” to everything, resulting in fatigue, confusion, and frustration. This habit puts you at risk to lose your best people, dilute your message, stunt your growth, and lessen your impact.

One of the most powerful skills in business is the disciplined ability to say "no” — and to say it more than you say “yes.” The challenge is that most organizations lack a shared system for defining value and making disciplined choices about what gets their attention.

In this interactive workshop, your team will develop a practical, shared language for evaluating opportunities and making focused choices. We’ll teach them skills designed to build cohesion, not conflict, so you create a culture where saying "no" is a strategic tool for reclaiming energy, driving adaptation, and achieving greater impact.

my story

My work is driven by a deep respect for time, a conviction born from a first job spent guarding an empty pool, watching the clock tick life away. This led to a career in strategic roles where I discovered a frustrating truth: even the smartest teams with great strategies struggled to be strategic. They were trapped in a cycle of hyperactive drift, working hard but failing to gain real traction.

I founded Point:Value to change this reality and developed the frameworks I now share on stage. As the author of the WTP Substack and a sought-after expert on the value economy, I've delivered talks for curious teams at places like Babson and the Ascent Conference.

Each talk I give is designed to replace hyperactive drift with focus and give your team the tools to make the most of their time.
