I focus on substance over small talk. My sessions are consistently praised for being “clear, on point, smart, and thoughtful.”

I move beyond theory to deliver practical frameworks that fundamentally “shift your thinking” about value and strategy. Your team will leave with essential clarity and approaches they can use to invest their time strategically.

signature keynotes + workshops

  • We often feel like we are navigating a dense fog, clutching a map drawn for a world that no longer exists. It’s easy to obsess over long-range planning and five-year strategies, only to find them obsolete before the ink is dry. It is a source of constant anxiety: How do we lead when the landscape changes without warning?

It is time to burn the map. Success no longer belongs to the best forecasters; it belongs to the best adapters. Instead of trying to predict the future, we need to start building the organizational reflexes to handle it. We need to trade our static plans for a dynamic compass.

In this fast-paced session, we will calibrate that compass together. We will uncover the specific, adaptive principles required to lead at the perpetual frontier. We will walk through a practical framework for decision-making that empowers your team to pivot without panic. You will learn how to replace a rigid plan with a clear, confident lens that turns volatility into your greatest advantage.

Are you ready to stop fearing the unknown and start thriving in it?

  • We’re drawn to the recurring revenue model for one reason: stability. We want a business we can bank on and a future we can predict. But the belief that stability is a guarantee sets us up to fail.

Here is the uncomfortable truth: Recurring revenue is impossible without recurring value. And our value has a shelf life.

When we set it and forget it, a slow-motion gap widens between what we think our members value and what our members actually seek. We end up throwing mud against the wall, panicked and confused, while our best customers quietly tune out.

In this session, we will dissect the disconnect between static strategy and dynamic needs. We will diagnose the nine hidden forces that erode value over time and build a framework to counter them. You will discover how to evolve your offer before its value goes stale, ensuring your organization stays relevant in this chapter and your next.

Are you ready to keep your members, grow sustainable revenue, and make a real impact?

  • We have been told that alignment is the holy grail of leadership. But when our plan meets reality, the wheels fall off. Not only is perfect alignment impossible, but we’re frequently aligning to a horizon we don’t need to reach.

It is time to admit that total alignment is a trap. It stifles the flexibility we need to thrive. Instead of forcing your team to stick to a script, we need to give them a sandbox. We need to stop managing the actions and start managing the edges.

In this interactive session, we’ll draw on the Road Runner cartoons to illustrate why the best teams operate not with rigid plans but within a dual-boundary framework. We will explore how limits create the clarity and psychological safety to take calculated risks and make faster decisions. You’ll leave with three critical questions to turn boundaries into your most powerful strategic advantage.

  • We treat every good idea like a mandate, terrified that saying no means missing out on the next big thing. But when we say “yes” to everything, we end up exhausted, confused, and frustrated. We bury our best people under a mountain of half-finished initiatives, which dilutes their focus, stunts our growth, and lessens our impact.

One of the most powerful skills is the disciplined ability to say "no”. The greatest threat to your organization’s future isn't a lack of ideas — it is the inability to kill the good ones to make room for the great ones. We need to stop celebrating the "yes" and start mastering the strategic "no."

In this practical workshop, we will install a filter for the noise. We will build a shared language that allows your team to evaluate opportunities without ego or conflict. We will implement a decision-making framework to distinguish distractions from opportunities and politely but firmly decline distractions. You will leave with a culture designed for disciplined execution rather than frantic activity.

my story

My work is driven by a deep respect for time, a conviction born from a first job spent guarding an empty pool, watching the clock tick life away. This led to a career in strategic roles where I discovered a frustrating truth: even the smartest teams with great strategies struggled to be strategic. They were trapped in a cycle of hyperactive drift, working hard but failing to gain real traction.

I founded Point:Value to change this reality and developed the frameworks I now share on stage. As a sought-after expert who provokes deeper thinking, I've delivered talks for curious teams at places like Babson and the Ascent Conference.

Each talk I give is designed to replace hyperactive drift with focus and give your team the tools to make real impact.
