Who do you work with?

We work with those who deliver something truly valuable. In fact, they see no end to the valuable things they could do, which results in their being overwhelmed by everything on their plate.

We focus on member-centric and service businesses with distributed teams of 6-150 people. They’ve gained proven, preferably profitable traction.


Are you consultants?

No. We’re strategic facilitators. We provide the structure, facilitate the process, and ask the right questions — you, as a team, choose what you do and what you don’t do.


How long do clients typically work with you?

We work directly with clients anywhere from 1-24 months. The length of our engagement depends on the pace of your business and how much of our process you choose to pursue.


How do we get everything scheduled?

We will schedule all the meetings and sessions at the beginning of the process. Doing so helps to keep everyone on track as schedules get full.


Do you work virtually or in person?

We’re a virtual first company and have refined our facilitation skills so we deliver a positive experience for participants and strong results. That doesn’t mean we never facilitate in person; it’s simply not our default.


Does your process involve leadership only or are there other people involved?

Our intensive is designed for the leaders on your team. The rest of our process engages the people you serve, your team, your leadership, your partners, and if you’re a nonprofit, your funders. We build working groups to represent each of these stakeholders at the beginning of the process, taking factors from geography to length of engagement into account.


Can you help us stay focused?

Yes. Most of our clients partner with us for ongoing support, whether that’s facilitating a big decision, designing their value flows, or teaching new team members.


When are you in office (so to speak)?

Our office is open from 9:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 9:30 AM-1:00 PM on Friday. You are welcome to communicate with us when you need to, but we will not schedule meetings or respond to inquiries outside of this time frame. 


How long does it take you to respond?

We will respond to your messages within two business days as often as possible.


How many clients do you work with?

We have not set a limit; however, we are a boutique firm that focuses on quality, not quantity.
