We will schedule all the meetings and sessions at the beginning of the process. This creates a clear roadmap from the start and ensures the project respects everyone's time.

We primarily work with clients virtually and have refined our facilitation skills so we deliver a positive experience for participants and strong results. That doesn’t mean we never facilitate in person; it’s simply not our default.

Yes. Many of our clients partner with us for ongoing support. Some involve us every quarter, others every year or three years purely for the benefit of an outside perspective.

Our office is open from 9:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 9:30 AM-1:00 PM on Friday. You are welcome to communicate with us when you need to, but we will not schedule meetings or respond to inquiries outside of this time frame.
