What questions do you have?

 
  • It depends on your ability to schedule the three sessions, but it typically takes two to four weeks.

  • We’re a virtual-first company and have refined our facilitation skills to deliver a positive experience for participants and strong results. That doesn’t mean we never facilitate in person; it’s simply not our default.

  • You can do all three sessions on the same day, provided there’s at least a 30-minute break in between each session. You can also do one session a day over three days. We can work with you to determine the best approach for your team.

  • No, you don’t. You can work through the roadmap on your own or in partnership with another facilitator. 

    However, to date, every client has chosen to have us support their development.

  • The guide bursts into flames that pop confetti. (Kidding.)

    While your leaders will have gained a common understanding of what it means to be strategic and frameworks to help them make smarter choices at a small scale, you will not gain the clarity you seek without executing the steps in the roadmap.
