Katie joined Anne Richardson of Richardson Media Group on the BSuite podcast. In this episode, they talked about purpose-driven business and the shifts leaders need to make to run one.

“We actually built learning in as one of the 9 components of our operating system because you’re never done. The goal is to be constantly improving. It’s not like there’s a finish line where you get to slap the purpose-driven thing on and say ‘That’s it, I’m done!’ It doesn’t work that way,” said Katie.
